Queue prompts to play consecutively

Client has 3CX dedicated pro hosted by 3CX

They want callers to hear a repeating message while caller is holding in a Queue for a CSR to be available. A message like "Thank you for holding. Please stay on the line and a CSR will be with you shortly. Alternatively press 2 for a callback". Then MOH plays and after 45 seconds, repeat the message again.

If I use the "Intro Prompt" it plays immediately and once only.

Any suggestions?

If you mean applying the above message in MOH, it just plays continuously. Unless of course, i make a music jingle and have the message play every 10s within the jingle. Not sure what to use to make that happen.
What I did do, was a sort of workaround: created a 2nd Q and made the first Q on a short timer, to forward to Q2 with the message playing as the Intro message.
I kind of works, but they 5 companies, which means a total of 10 Q's.

It would be so much simpler if there was an option in the Q set up which offers an intermittent message to play on a timer (available on other systems I've used). Perhaps pass this along to the Dev Team.

Update:
I thought about your suggestion re: MOH

I set up a play list made up of multiples of US_Progress_tone, "thanks you for holding etc" 4xUP_Progress_tone... eventually ending with "for callback press 2"

Works like a charm. Thank you for the suggestion.
BTW, when making the playlist, to dictate the order of the files to play, prepend the filename with a 1,2,3 etc. in the order you want them to play.
