Been trying to setup Raid on my box, setup all went well, followed each step on the pdf guide, the problem is when i tested replacing one of the hard drives to make raid recovery, it wont boot.

root (hd1,0)
Error 22: No such partition
Press any key to continue...

But I was sure that raid was working with this "cat /proc/mdstat"

What am I missing?

Did you do a

grub> device (hd0) /dev/sda <enter>
grub> device (hd1) /dev/sdb <enter>
grub> root (hd0,0) <enter>
grub> setup (hd0) <enter>
grub> root (hd1,0) <enter>
grub> setup (hd1) <enter>

when you setup the raid?

Yes. 100% followed the pdf guide. And when I do "mdadm --detail /dev/md0"
This is the result. Looks healthy to me.
