Solved Raspberry Pi 3cx unable to install - unable to locate package 3cxpbx

I have a raspberry pi 4 and I am trying to install 3cx but keep coming across the error unable to locate package 3cxpbx. I have tried a number of images and get the same result. When I use the image off the guide it loads up with some code and then just a black screen.
when I use other images I get the error above.
Please can somebody help me as i'm pulling my hair out.

Could you post the logs that you're getting while trying to install 3CX PBX on your Raspberry Pi? Please make sure that the logs do not contain any sensitive information.

HI Andreas,

Ive tried the img which is attached to the guide, it loads up the boot code and then a black screen. how do I get the logs?

Its ok now I've fixed it, I used the raspberry image installer and used an image of the application which has now worked!
I used Raspberry pi os lite (legacy) Debian buster
