Raspberry Pi SBC upgrade from V18 to V20 remotely

Having upgraded the PBX (3CX hosted) from V18 to V20 successfully, I see the SBC (Raspberry Pi 4) is still at V18.

I am 160 miles away from the customer site.

It it possible to upgrade the Raspberry Pi from V18 to V20 remotely?

I confirm I have VPN (L2TPover IPsec) access to the customer site to access the Raspberry Pi.
