Issue with 3cx sbc on raspberry pi 4 canakit on the same network and subnet as the windows SBC and IP phone to provision. With Raspbian sbc the IP phone will not register or provision. With the window SBC the IP phone with register and provision fine. when using the raspbian sbc I take the windows sbc off the network complete so the is not issues.

I have formatted the raspberry pi 4 a few times and installed the SBC from 3cx and the result are still the same for ip phones to not register nor provision.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the same IP address on the LAN for both the windows and Pi SBC?
I think in that scenario it would just work seamlessly.

However if the Pi has a different LAN IP, then you must go to the extension, Phone Provisioning, make sure it's set to SBC mode and set the IP address for the SBC.
This is a per phone setting.
Then re-provision the phones.

I assuming you are auto provisioning the phones and not manually?
