These is a big caveat ... Once a chat has been taken by a team member, there is no way to "unassign" that chat so that it is seen by everyone to be taken by first available person .
Archiving a conversation so that new messages pops up breaks the conversation in two and it is problematic in most situations because other people cannot see the archive.

We need a button to "Unassign" a chat rather than "Archive" or "Desalt with" or "Transfer".
| Here is a scenario: Joan is 3CX user and has finished her day and must leave, but she has two active SMS chats with John and Robert who are clients and taking their time to respond. Joan want to put back the chats with John and Robert in the queue for the other people left to take the chat when the client responds. |
