Rebound Redirection Options?

Hi Guys,

We don't use Voicemail internally as we prefer phone calls to eventually end up with reception, is there anyway to change Rebound so it bounces to reception if we don't want to answer the phone call?

More or less trivial -- just set the 'reception' as forwarding destination for not-answering calls in 20 or so seconds in each extension setting - forwarding rules, if I understood you correctly.
