Receive all calls with the press of a button

A customer of ours want to receive ALL incoming calls with the press of a button.

Is it possible to configure this behavior?

Can you please describe your call flow? How are the calls routed now?
And when not receiving all calls, how will this extension behave, will it still receiving calls?
