Receiving calls on 3CX while on a mobile call

Hi, not sure if there’s an easy solution to this. Recent migration to 3CX and the users are complaining they are getting loud notifications from 3CX app while already on a mobile call. Im guessing there’s no way for the 3CX app to know the person is already on a cellular/mobile call? Others must have the same issue perhaps? They generally get a lot of calls in general so it isn’t practical to set status’ manually.

getting loud notifications in terms of getting incoming calls?
If telecom api is enabled, they should get a more subtle beeping sound to notify the user that is on a call that he is getting another incoming call
