Record Voice Mail if user hangs up, and Custom voicemail?

I've searched around, but I'm not able to find out if or how this is possible.

1) Can you disable the requirement to press # and then 0 to save a message? We require that anything after the beep gets recorded and saved, even if the person hangs up.

2) Is there a way for the users to record their own personnalized voice mail message?

Also, wanted to mention that the link to both the online (HTML) and PDF manuals are broken at the moment.

In testing our systems I have found that messages are automatically saved when you hang up even if you don't press the # and 0.

If you want you can customize the recording to leave out the # and 0 instructions so that it isn't a concern. Go to General -> System Prompts on the left hand menu. I think the recording you want to replace is "SaveMsgCnfrm.mp3"
