Solved Recording audio missing after unmute

We did some longer recordings (> 1 hour) of our web conferences. In some situations participant A muted the mic. When participant B talked a while and asked a question, then participant A unmuted the mic to answer it. In the conference the audio was working fine, but in the recording it's missing. There we have the question of participant B, then the video of participant A talking, but without audio, and the reaction of particiant B of the answer of participant A. This happens randomly. So sometimes you can hear participant A after unmuting and sometimes not.
