Recording email not gotten

Hi. I did a web meeting yesterday 24th February 2021 and the webmeeting FQDN is biztechsip.eu.3cx.net. The meeting lasted like 2 hours and am yet to get the recording and the report. Please how long does it take and can i get the web meeting soon too.
