Recording Remote Archiving Cleanup

If you are offloading recordings is there a way to have a clean-up process that can remove recordings older than X number of days?

Hi the cleanup option is only when remote archiving is not in use.

If you are using remote archiving, the files will be archived in the remote server and with this process you are releasing space in the local disk.

Now, if you want to delete archived recordings, from the pbx console you can select them and click on delete, there's no option to remove older than x number of days for those archived recording.

You may want to take a look at our 3CX Recording Manager tool. We have separate retention policies both for the original and archived recordings.
