When I use the recording feature where can I find the recorded files ???

There is a Recording Path parameter under Global Options, under General, under Settings.. on the PBX.

It tags the file with the caller, called party, and timestamp of the call.. not necessarily in that order.

Hi Ledob, the call recordings are saved in C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Recordings (this is the default path) , you need to enable the hidden file view and then access it, you will then see folders with recordings for each extension. Please let me know if you have any further inquiries

Hello Andreas,

I configured a personnal path and the folder is always empty. No extension folder is generated
I tried to create a folder for each extension number and no file generated.

Hiden file view and system file view are enable

My 3cxphone system is V11 SP4 and my 3cxphone for android is 11.0.53

My mobile is Samsung Galaxy S3/LTE Android 4.1.2
