Recordings - Immediate Archival

Hello all,

My company is looking to implement a system that connects a call recording file directly to a ticket within a CRM. In trying to get that working, we wanted to move recordings from the 3CX webapp to a SharePoint filesystem. While SharePoint integration has been setup and recordings are neatly being moved there, there is a minimum archival time of one day, which sometimes stretches to two depending on when the call was made and when 3CX decides to archive the call recordings.

Is there a way to make it so that call recordings are immediately archived into SharePoint? I've attempted to make the archival time 0 days, but the field on the webapp throws an error, telling me that the value must be 1 or greater (in days).

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am in Update 5 now. How to find immediate recording archiving in 3CX Update 5?

Under the storage section set the days setting for recordings to 0. This will archive the recording as soon as the call completes.

Thanks for your reply. But, we found out that the recordings is not immediately move to the archived storage instead, it will have some delayed in 10-15 minutes.

Do you have transcription. It may need to process this before the recording is sent of to the storage.

Also, do take note that if you have the CRM integration of 3CX active we will send the recording link as well as the transcription to the CRM, so you wont need to rely on any 3rd parties to do that for you.
