Hi,
we configured for our customer some 8961 ip phones with 3cx. We created the required templates and the calls are working fine.
The problem occur when someone wants to forward a call. The phone sends the following message:
REFER sip:x.x.x.x SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP x.x.x.x:5060;branch=z9hG4bK38eaf9d1
From: <sip:[email protected]>;tag=84802d77c0fd0010520724f9-20198d62
To: "xxxxxxxx"<sip:xxxxxxxx@xxxxxx:5060;nf=e>
Call-ID: [email protected]
Max-Forwards: 70
Date: Fri, 01 Jan 1982 00:15:53 GMT
CSeq: 101 REFER
User-Agent: Cisco-CP8961/9.4.2
Contact: <sip:[email protected]:5060;transport=udp>
Referred-By: <sip:xxxxx@xxxxxxx>
Refer-To: cid:[email protected]
Require: norefersub
Proxy-Authorization: Digest username="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",realm="3CXPhoneSystem",uri="sip:x.x.x.x",response="a95853e3e5ee1986e6a14140230ff1e8",nonce="414d53596617ee4c52:4b0c678c53f75cc496fb6efe82e4ee4f",algorithm=MD5
Content-Length: 926
Content-Type: application/x-cisco-remotecc-request+xml
Content-Disposition: session;handling=required
Content-Id: <[email protected]>
And from the 3cx server i receive:
SIP/2.0 420 Bad Extension
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP x.x.x.x:5060;branch=z9hG4bK38eaf9d1
To: "xxxxx"<sip:xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx:5060;nf=e>;tag=c80e5242
From: <sip:[email protected]>;tag=84802d77c0fd0010520724f9-20198d62
Call-ID: [email protected]
CSeq: 101 REFER
Unsupported: norefersub
Content-Length: 0
Anybody has experience with this issue?
Is there a way to make supported that option in 3cx or is there a way to "remove" that option from the REFER message?
Thanks
Alessandro
