Registration for skype

I have a Samsung Fascinate android phone and I would like to use 3CX with skype so I can make calls using wifi. Can somebody please give step by step instructions how to register the 3CX app. so it can make call using my skype account. Appareantly I can not figure it out myself.

Do you have a Skype SIP account? Or a simple Skype account?

You can not use 3CX with skype. If using Android you must use a standards based SIP provider....

Skype business users can do what you want so you have to have skype business ID first
