I am having trouble registering my Voip provider with 3CX through my Linksys router. I have tried connecting my 3CX server directly to internet and they registered fine. Here are my Linksys setting and the 3CX system log.

System log:

I did try the firewall test, and it passed.

The model of the Linksys router is "WRVS4400N"

I tried Callcentric and ran into the same problem.

It did connect when placed in front of the router.

Could it be related to the STUN settings? I use the same setting shown in the manual.

I tried to research the full-cone NAT. I was unable to determine if that was a setting I could use with my router.

Thanks for the help.

Bob

This might be of two reasons:

- STUN server you selected in 3CX might not be available.
- DNS seems to have troubles resolving the domain name, try to put the IP address of you voip provider instead of the dns name.

let me know how you go.

H.
