Rejected Call (C11) - no email address

Hi!

I have registered an SIP account with Phonzo.com (sip:[email protected]). I am able to call internal extentions (100, 101, 102, aso). I am also able to call external phone numbers (using prefix 0).

BUT I am not able to receive any calls, it seems the call is answered by the PBX and then terminated.

The extension 100 is a analoge phone connected through a D-Link DVG-2001S VoIP adapter.
Extention 101 is a Counterpath Eyebeen softphone.
Both extensions are part of the Ring Group 200.
Both extentions are registered and working when I do the call. The VoIP line also registered and working.

Seems to me that somewhere in my configuration the number 85246010 is confused with a user/extention?

BTW: The "47" of 4785246010 is the Norwegian land code (+47).

Hi,

What I see from the logs is that you're trying to call your own VoIP account from extension 100. It seems your VoIP provider is trying to reach your own voicemail box, but it can not by some reason (probably, you should activate this service).
Actually, you shall use your VoIP account to call land-line numbers. So, to reach, let's say, number 85248888, you should dial 085248888 on your extension, PBX will direct this call to Phonzo, and it will connect you to land-line with that number. It is also possible that you should specify international number, in that case add country code (47) to your number: 04785248888

Can you give any information about the "user <85246010>". What is it refering to? Is it an extention, an user account, user ID for VoIP subscription or what?

Calls from this VoIP account is handled by the Ringing Group 200. So where does "voicemail: no email address for user <85246010>" come from?

To where are you expecting to connect doing this?

If call is unintendedly terminated in about 30 sec by provider - than this is the only real problem. It can happen if the provider doesn't accept answers from PBX by some reason. I can not tell more exactly without logs for this case.

It is your account number and your land-line phone number for that account. When someone's calling that number, VoIP provider is redirected this call to PBX (provided that PBX is registered against provider at that time). PBX shall redirect that incoming call to Ring Group 200.

Yes, but when you're dialling your own number from one of extensions - you;re making outbound call through the provider. So you're trying to reach external number, not ring group. It seems that provider see that call is coming from registered entity (PBX) and tries to redirect this call to voicemail box, which is not installed for you.
If you want to call Ring Group from one of extensions - just dial 200. You don't need to involve provider for that.
