I tried to install Remote Control Service. Installation went trough without any errors showing. But I was unable to start the Remote Session. When checking the services on my computer, I saw that "3CX WebMeeting Remote Control" was not running. I then tried to manually start the service and got the error message "193: 0xc1". In the event log it sais thet 3CX WebMeeting Remote Control is not a valid Win32-application. The computer runs with the latest WIN10 version (64Bit). As antivirus Windows Defender is running. But I also tried it with antivirus disabled. I also tried to de- and re-install multiple times. Any ideas?

I just created a new user on the same PC - here it works. So there might be a problem with the user - e.g. because of the previous installed version, that did not work (see also thread 74813)?

If it works in another user profile then the PC should be fine.

Not sure what went wrong on the original user profile, but you can uninstall the plugin from there, and see if it is also removed from the services. If not then it's possible that something is stuck

Hi John,
The service has been uninstalled under the original user profile - but after installation there came the same error. I now installed Remote Control again without previous de-installation and for some reason it was now possible to start the service - it works now!
Thank you for your help.
