Remote Phonebook not showing all numbers

Hi,

What we do is import the contacts over the System Manager -> Advanced -> Contacts -> import.

Everything works fine and the contacts get imported successfully.

The problem is thought that some numbers are not shown on the SIP phone (Yealink T-58) in our case it's the business number. Mobile numbers are shown.

Any suggestions?

This is the only field "mobile number" which is displayed on phones other are not usable on deskphones

the only workaround is to duplicate entries with numbers always set in mobile field

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Is this ever gonna change? I mean, the way i see it all the numbers should be shown. I don't want to call mobile numbers only. Sounds like a "bug" to me.

not a bug but limitation in DEV.
For now Mister A need to be set with (for example)
first phonebook entry :
Mister A land line number (set in mobile field)
second phonebook entry:
Mister A-Mob line number (set in mobile field)

Phonebook use is one of askings to improve in IDEAS forum

Hmmm... not good. I hope this will change soon. There's alot connected to the use of a working phonebook (mobile phones etc.).
