Hi All,
We've been testing a new deployment of 3CX v20 with Active/Passive failover, but the Passive server is unable to restore the backups of the Primary server from our FTP location.
3CX restored unsuccessfully. The following errors occurred: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Backups/3CXScheduledBackup.zip file does not exist
On both servers, we've configured the FTP server under System > Storage.
Only difference is that on the Passive server, under this tab I've left off Backup Archive.
Should this be enabled on the Passive server as well as the Primary?
Or should the Passive still be able to retrieve the backups from the FTP server of the Primary?
My initial concern was that if I had enabled that on the Passive, then the Schedule backups of the Passive server would overwrite the backups of the primary.
Thanks.
