Remote Switch Greeting / attendant

I have a request from my employer that I am not sure how to accomplish. I need to have a way that they can dial in and switch the message to one that tells callers that the facility is closed due to weather concerns. I am not sure if a dial code would help it ?

Perhaps dialling the "after office hours" code via the menu options in one of the voicemail boxes?
