Hi all,
Over the past few days I've been bombarded with email from 3CX about missed calls. The calls always follow the same format, see sample below:-
You missed a call:
From: 0423251124
To: "100" - "Garrick" "Cobcroft"
Received: "Wednesday, April 10, 2024 2:06:56 PM"
Ringing: "00:00"
Note the ring time of 00:00. The caller ID is a valid number, but is not the actual caller. The caller ID does change every few hours, and I have called a couple of them back to verify I'm not missing actual calls. In all cases the person has said that they've never tried to call me. The callers appear to be genuine businesses, and seem to be local to me. The nofications only come via email, there is no missed call alert on the desk phone, Android app or PWA.
Is there a security setting I can change to stop this happening, without blocking the numbers?
Thanks,
Garrick
