Hi Team,
I have 2 Debian instances, both running V20 update 7.
Both have commercial keys.
One of the instances license got expired recently. I was getting commercial keys cannot be replaced error, when i was trying to replace the expired key.
I understand that it is not possible to replace the commercial keys, but in my case the one that got expired is a 4 channel license and the one i'm trying to replace it with is a 8 channel license.
So, isn't it not considered an upgrade?
Can someone from 3cx please help?
Thank you in Advance.
