Hi,
This system is a hosted, on-site PBX (Enterprise License) which now runs V.18 of 3CX.
As per the recommendation of 3cx to update the system from V.16 to V.18 (to avoid potential loss of FQDN), the system was updated in the early hours of 13th February 2022.
The system is configured to run and send reports to a principal user on site at 9am on the first day of each month outlining usage for the month prior.
However, when opening these reports on the 1st of March, the data used to create the reports only dated back to the 13th February (when the update took place).
I assume that this has occurred as the system is unable to run the same report over the 2 versions though the call information (as outlined in the logs) is present.
Is anyone aware of a solution to this to include the entirety of the calling data for last month in the reports? Or is this an unavoidable consequence of the update?
