We are running into this issue repeatedly. We need to occasionally audit chats, and when searching it only finds based on when the chat conversation was started/created, vs when the message happened.
I.E. if Bob (1001) and Tom (3003) created an ongoing chat conversation in January of 2025, today it would not show in the report, though messages were sent today. Also when searching, one has to know when the conversation was started to show it, find contents in this conversation, even though the messages relevant are from say today.
This is a fairly large issue for compliance, HR/Audits.
