i generated Detailed queue statistics, it gives a total number, abandoned and answered. when compare those numbers with the Panel numbers, i found a gap between them, the report was less, why this is happening? which one i can rely on it ?

The panel numbners may have been reset at another time frame from the report statistical period.

Say for example you reset your panel data at 1pm, just about lunch time, but you create your report at 6pm for a time frame of 9am to 6pm.

The panel will shjow half the data. This is just real time data, not historical.

Your report should have the accurate data for this time period.

excuse me but i didn't get it, here is the numbers if you may explain on

panel numbers:

serviced: 490
Abandoned calls: 461

exported now:

QueueTotal CallsAbandoned CallsAnswered CallsAnswered %Serviced CallbacksTotal TalkingMean Talking
Name47119627558%028:57:2600:06:19

The panel doesnt always correspond to the data in the reports.

It is a visual meant to show your agents in real time how many calls have been serviced in real time.

That would mean your panel data was not reset at the same time frame the report data exists.

Lets see an example.

You reset your data now for the panel. This can be done manually in the queue configuration.

Everything is at 0. You report for today will still show the historical data.,

I found queue reset schedule is Kot ticked, enabled it. At the end even if I forgot to reset stats, I can count on the historical data, the report?
