Reports Sched weekly on Monday, no option for last week.

I was trying to set up scheduled reports on v20 as we had on v18 for clients. Typically we have several reports that run weekly and contain date range "last week".

It doesn't appear to be possible, unless I'm overlooking something.

Reports do not have "Last Week" as an option, only "Last 7 Days", and since weekly reports can only be ran on Monday, there is no way to get a report for last week that includes last Monday. Last 7 Days report ran on Monday, regardless of time, is the 7 day range of Tuesday through Monday (report day).

Only thing I can see to do is to schedule it for Daily, have the client use the reports generated on Sunday and ignore the rest of the week.

Just making sure I'm not overlooking something.

The option that is available is the "Last 7 Days" as per your descriptions. This will generate a report from Tuesday - Monday.
You can navigate to Admin > System > Options > Scheduler and configure the " Scheduled reports will be sent at " to a time that will also include Monday.

Thanks Dimitris. Your last statement is what I haven't been able to figure out. Weekly reports can only be set scheduled to run on Monday. It seems no matter what time I put into the scheduler, such as 00:01, because the report is generated on Monday at 00:01, the last 7 days always includes today, Monday, so 7 days only goes back to Tuesday.

Checking in on this again. I still haven't found a solution for scheduling reports to run once a week for a range of last work week, Sunday-Saturday.

v20 doesn't have the range option of "Last week" that was the work week range, only "Last 7 Days" is available option.

As scheduling "Weekly: On Monday", is the only weekly scheduling option, it doesn't matter what time the system is set System>Options>Send Scheduled Reports time, the "Last 7 Days" always counts the report schedule time monday as the 7th day, so reports end up being a 7 day range of Tuesday- Monday.

Most of my client systems use work week reports extensively.

My only solution is to schedule "last 7 days" and run the report Daily instead of weekly. Then advising client to disregard all of them except the one sent Saturday night, as it's 7 days are Sun-Sat.

Needless to say, they are all fairly disgruntled with us. For example, one I configured yesterday are getting 40 emailed reports weekly, they only need 8 from Saturday.

I keep searching, hoping i'm just missing something, but not finding any info or other posts about it.
