We are hosting our 3CX installation in Google Cloud while connecting our phones via VPN. The phones are able to pull their configuration and register however if we want to say make BLF changes and we go to reprovision, nothing happens. We have to factory reset the phones to get them to pull the changes we made. Any ideas?
