Request email, connection not established

I am new to this 3cx and I cannot figure out what was wrong with my setup. Trying to setup 3cx on my android phone. There was an error " connection not established" when im trying to request a welcome email with my android phone..I already tried Enable push for smartphones and also do PUSH setup..any advice?

Have you generated the Welcome Email to get an initial configuration loaded to your mobile phone?
