Request for HT503 firmware 1.0.0.5

Anyone can send me (5qg4(at) ccx.ath.cx) the firmware 1.0.0.5 of Grandstream HT-503. Since, I cann't get my fax (T.38) works after upgrade to 1.0.0.9

I Have new one I think it with 1.0.0.5
But I do not how to download it from the device
and please I have 3 problems with this device (with firmware 1.0.0.9)
1 - the device open the line and give the caller ring sound
2 - I can not dial from it
3 - the calle id does not work

Thanks for your reply.

As I know that the firmware is unable to download form the device. I had already send the request to Grandstream support for request this firmware.

For caller id from PSTN to its FXO port, I think we no need to wasted the time and try to solved it. It should be the firmware issue.

For your dial out issue. please try to disable it's wait for dial tone.

Finally, Grandstream support send this FW to me. Yes, it can solve my T.38 FAX issue at FXS port. However, FXO port will send out the wrong digits to PSTN. Therefore, I cannot issue PSTN call via its FXO port. But not 100% failed. Occasionally, it can success to send out the correct PSTN call. Actually, in this stage we just in need to make sure that 3CX + Patton + Grandstream can provide total VOIP solution included voice and allow the traditional FAX machine to send/receive FAX via FXS port.
