Request response from client when Webmeeting Accepted or Declined

What we are looking to do is have a response from the client when they either accept or decline a Webmeeting request.

It sends out an email to the client with an Outlook meeting request to the client which is great.

However these emails have defaulted as the *Organizer has not requested a response for this meeting. See attached image for what I mean.

We want a response whether this meeting is accepted or declined. What we have found is numerous time we have created a meeting and when it comes time for the meting we are there waiting but the client is not because they did not accept the meeting, however we did not know this.

Does anyone know how to get these webmeetings to send and ask for a response from the client?

Not yet mate, hoping someone can shed some light or at least put it as an improvement going forward.

Take a look at this post, I think it addresses your question

You will need to send the invite from your personal email, otherwise their reply will reach the SMTP server instead of the person who organized the meeting. So don't choose the last option if you want to get replies, pick one of the other options instead
