We have a single SIP trunk with 8 channels available.
I would like to "reserve" one of those channels for use with a specific extension (for outbound calls) or DID (for inbound calls).
Extension 101 must always be able to call out, and receive calls.
So, if 7 of our 8 channels are in-use, and extension 101 is not already involved in one of those calls, then

- no additional outbound calls from extensions other than 101 may occupy that last available channel
- no inbound calls to DIDs other than the DID configured for use with extension 101 should be accepted by the system
