Restore backup from Account A to new installation

Hi,
I want to restore a backup from an account A V18 (ZIP-file) to a new trial installation in order for test purposes.
Is this possible?
The restore button seems disabled:

Yes thats possible. You need to upload the zip file to your pbx, after that you can restore.

You will need to ensure that the backup file is in the backup folder designated in the "Location"

And how can I do that? The PBX is 3CX hosted.
Can 3CX support do this?
