Restore Backup to Google

I have a backup on the local PC that we are moving away from. I am logged into the new instance on google.
How do I select the backup to restore? In the MGMT console, it seems I cannot navigate to the backup folder.

The restore button is grayed out.

this is not once the instance is running you need to restore but only during install.
scratch your instance and use pbxepress to reinstall and choose to restore your backup during the install

Agreed. i found that option and it worked great. I was overthinking it.
