Restore Backup to new instance of Hosted

We purchased a new instance of hosted and want to restore our chat messages to the new account. I tried downloading a new backup, modifying the databases and restoring that file, however 3CX is refusing that. What is the best way to restore chat and voicemail messages into a new instance of 3CX?

Our account was unexpectedly deleted and I wanted to restore a backup I had from another system, however I could not get it to take so I re-built the system from the ground up. I was hoping to restore our chat and VM messages to the new instance, but I agree, it doesn't look like it's possible.

The restore process is not pick and choose. It will recover the entire system.
