Resume call after rejected unattended transfer

I was reading a forum that was having the same problem, said this might be added on v16 which was "in alpha" at the time 2ish years ago.

" We've been playing with the softphone on the webclient and we seem to have found a snag:
Caller rings A and ask's to speak to X.
A uses Attended Transfer to speak to X, caller is now on hold.
X declines to speak to caller, A ends call with X.
Caller is still on hold and A only has options of Transfer, Attended Transfer, Conference, Record or End. There doesn't seem to be any option on the pop up window to return to the caller?"

I still cannont seem to find this feature. 3cx is in v18 now, has it been added and if so how would one access it?

What PBX version are you running? Are you using the Webclient to control an IP phone or is it standalone? To answer your question a "Resume" button exists now on the Webclient which enables you to get the call back.
