I have a need to present a desk phone user (NOT the 3cx app or web app) with the incoming user name based on a contact list maintained in Exchange.
I know about the 3cx client integration but that would be using a desk phone (Yealink T46S if it is relevant). Is there any way to achieve this, either out of the box or via some 3rd party tool ?
