Retrieve Voice Mail from Phone using a Function Key

I would like to program a function key in the phone to retrieve the voice mail.

We are using Snom 320 phones, and we can assign more or less any action to the available function keys. In fact they even have a "RETRIEVE" key avilable for this.

I tried using: 999[EXTENSION_NUMBER][PIN_NUMBER]# but the telephone thinks it is a single number.

I also tryed using: 999,[EXTENSION_NUMBER],[PIN_NUMBER]# with the same result.

Has anyone succedded in doing this?

Please don't wasted your valuable time to try. There is no any special character for time wait. I also want 3CX support by using "," for wait 0.5 sec then send the following digits.
