RETRIEVE VOICEMAIL FROM EXTERNAL PHONE

Hey Team,
I seem to have an issue where when calling in on my GV numbers and let it go to voicemail when I try to do the * to retrieve voicemail I get no response.

Any suggestions on what I might check?
