If you save your Contact numbers using Outlook/Exchange like +49(0711)12345 (which is of course "wrong"), connected phones will still resolve the number to the correct name (depending on the settings in the contacts tab of 3cx), But the Windows Softphone will not.. The Windows client will only resolve the correct name if the number was entered like +49(711)123456.
Is there a way to fix this without having to manually rewrite all phone numbers in outlook?
Outgoing calls are not a problem, because you can create a rule which will discard the 0 before the 711 automatically, The problem is only regarding the reverse name matching.
