Customer has 1 sip trunk with 2 DIDs..have 1 department DEFAULT with office hours...put 1 DID on the ring group and 1 DID on a call queue...during out of office hours the queue always rings instead of going to out of office IVR..ring group works like it should...the only way the queue respects out of office is if I make another department with it's own hours and route the DID to it...thoughts of how to do this with 1 deparment?

I ended up getting it to work like the way you said. Thx.

Set up conditional routing within one department:
-Ring group for one DID during office hours.
-Call queue for the other DID during office hours, route to out-of-office IVR otherwise.

We had this same issue with Flowroute calls going to the default route instead of the assigned ring groups. Removing the leading "+" also fixed it for us.
3CX please fix the documentation on this!
