Ring group and ring all option not work

Hello,

I have problem with ring all option for ring group

i have one main trink with 68 DID in this trunk, and some DID go directly on extension, but some number go on ring group with few extension in this group and check option ring all

But when come inbound call, and inbound route send this call to ring group, only one extension ring, andon next call ring next etension in group, like Prioritized Hunt, but I set Ring all option

Can someone help me with resilve for this problem?

Trunk is generic sip trunk

when you call RG number internally, ring all works?
Try to create a new ring all RG with same extensions and see what happens

The next time this happens, or if you can re-create...check the 3CX Activity log, to see how the PBX has routed the call, confirming that it has gone to the ring group, and verifying the status of all members at the time.

thanks for help, I have 20 ring groups and when I check all group, only one ring group have this problem, only one phone ring in ring group. In this ring group I have rule, if no one answer from this group to forward call on another ring group

I delete this ring group and create new with same extension in group and same rule for forwarding and now everything is ok
