ring group conference calling?

The director wants to be able to call everyone in the building simultaniously and have them all able to answer and get on the line in a conference call type setup. so basically he wants to ring them all(i have a ring group set up for this), but he wants them to all be able to join the same line on a conference call, how would i set this up, or is it even possible?

You have to call in , to a conference bridge, for a conference call. You can't create a ring group that allows all the phones to continue ringing after the first person has picked up. Just think what would happen if all of the people weren't there to answer? You would have calls going of to various voicemails, phones continuing to ring, etc., a big mess.
