I have a situation where we have two ring groups, the first (802) is ring all and then after a delay connect to the second ring group (804). The 804 ring group is configured to connect to an extension's mailbox after the set delay - the mailbox selected is the reception extension (100). The problem we are having is that any calls that go through the whole ring group cycle unanswered, get sent to voicemail but it just plays a message saying the mailbox is full and cannot accept any further messages - yet if I call the reception extension itself directly and it goes to voice mail I can leave a message without any issues. I have run out of places to look as from what I can see all the configuration is correct.

I have also looked into the Call Log and can see the connection to the two call groups with status of Not Answered, but there is no subsequent voice mail line to indicate it went to voice mail (which I can see in other cases where it does correctly go to voice mail)

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Is the message really from 3cx - or are you running into a timeout and the call is being answered by the VoIP Provider? I do not think I have seen a message like that in the Prompt File.

Try a shorter timeout on 804 like 2 seconds and see what happens. Or call 804 directly instead of calling 802 first. IF you get 100 voicemail, then you need to ask provider to disable their voicemail.
