Ring group not ringing all extension on in, only rings half of the extensions

Hi All

has any one come across this problem where i have a ring group with 13 extension in it and it only rings 9 out of the 13.
i have done the following things and still not working.

1. Recreated the ring group
2. checked the devices and made sure all firmware is up to date.
3. made sure that accept calls from ring group.
4. Rebooted the phone system
5. removed the extension and recreated the extension.
6. Test calling the ring group directly

I have tried all the different things that people have suggest.
ring group will not ring all the extensions in the list.
My PBX is on version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487)

Please make sure to update the PBX to the latest stable version Update 7 Hotfix, Build 20.0.7.1080 as the 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487) will not be able to activate.

Regarding your inquiry,
What are you using to make and receive calls? IP phones or Dect phone devices?
What is the model and firmware currently installed?

Do you experience the same if you try from Web Client/PWA?

I am using dect phones, w90dn and w9b with w52p handsets.
firmware version is 130.87.0.14

i dont have the web client for these extension or pwa.

This is DECT related... You need to check your dect station how many concurrent calls are possible
