Ring group opt in / out

Hi, we are currently using ring groups for our reception desk. This allows us to switch between working in the office (Available) and working from home (Mobile working). Is there any way that users can opt in and out of the ring group? We have a few floating staff that need to be able to opt into the ring group on random days, not defined. I obviously can do this, but don’t want x number of requests a week to add staff in and out of the group.


Any help would be greatly received.

what do you use when at home? windows app, android or IOS app ? webclient ?

Our current setup is Desk phone mobile working, mobile app available and divert from desk phone to mobile.

For self managed "opt in opt out" you would need to use queues is the easiest solution.
