Ring Group Question

I couldn't seem to find this question asked, so here goes.

I have a 3CX setup with a Pro License for 8 sim calls.
I have three phones setup in a ring group for incoming calls.

If one user is on the phone when a second incoming call comes in. The Ring Group rings the two other idle phones as expected.

If user 1 hangs up the phone, the ring group does not add that now idle extension to the existing ringing of that second incoming line.

Is there any way for User 1 to pickup the incoming ring group call without having to physically walk over to one the two phones to pickup the call?

Should I look at paging instead of a ring all?

3CX doesn't re-poll for idle users once the call is ringing, so, if someone hangs up, that action won't be seen. In the past some have worked around this by sending the call to a second ring group, with the same members, after 30 seconds or so.

It may, or may not, work for you.

You're using Pro. Just use queues.
