Ring groups continue ringing after call has been picked up

Hi All,

We are currently using 3CX PBX Version 9.13967 on a HP Server running MS Server 2008 std x86 (sp1) with a sagnoma IP gateway ISDN card. The phones that we use are all (Cisco) Linksys SPA922.

We have recently upgraded from version 7.1 and now with the ring groups, when they ring they continue to ring even after they have been picked up. If a person tries to pick up the already answered call they do not hear anything on the phone.

If there is any more information you require please let me know and I will try to get that information for you.

Hi Ben,

Please post some logs, its a weird issue, id mor expect that the first time you pick up a call you do not recieve rather then the second. It sound like you are having a phanthom call. please rembember to use code tags when pasting the logs.
